• Your order number.
• The name and email address used at checkout.
• The product name and a description of the issue.
• A screenshot for a digital issue, or clear photos for a damaged or incorrect physical item.

For digital file problems or damaged physical items, contact us within 7 days, as described in our Refund Policy.

For pickup, wait for your ready-for-pickup confirmation before arranging collection. For a missing download or access link, check spam and junk folders first.
