Digital Download Guide

Know what you are buying

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical shirt, transfer, printed item, or shipped package is included unless the listing specifically says so. File formats and included items are described in each product listing.

Access your purchase

Use the delivery instructions or access link provided with your order. Check the email address used at checkout, including spam and junk folders. Some products provide a downloadable file; others provide a template or app access link.

Save and open your files

Save downloaded files somewhere you can find them again. If your purchase includes a ZIP file, extract it before opening the contents. Use software compatible with the listed file format. A PNG image is not an editable Canva template.
