Custom Order Process

1. Choose your product or design service. Review what is included and the turnaround time. Contact us before ordering if you need help or have an event deadline.
2. Place your order through the website. Follow the listing's instructions and complete checkout.
3. Submit your details. Provide the requested names, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, and design preferences. Use clear photos and double-check all information.
4. Review your proof when included. Check all wording, names, dates, colors, and placement. Request corrections before approval.
5. Approve your design. Once the proof is approved, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has another issue, contact us and review our Refund Policy.
6. Receive your order. Delivery depends on the product: digital delivery, shipping, or arranged local pickup.
